The Family Practice residents at Manchester Hospital have joined us in our mission and with energy! Dr Siva and Dr Fuentes have been working to build a global exchange opportunity into their residency programs curriculum- 5 years in the creation. In October they joined us in San Marcos and initiated a relationship with the San Marcos Guatemala residency programs in Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Peds, ICU, ER- that will lead to great exchanges! Their contagious enthusiasm has raised over $12,000 on GO FUND ME in just 3 weeks to fund new equipment for the San Marcos hospital!!!

They will return with OSSA to San Marcos in February ’18 to lead their 1st group of residents and medical students for ECHN’s Residency Programs 1st Global Exchange experience! WOW Dr Siva! With the support of your department & Dr Fuentes- YOU made this happen! Just goes to show when you set your goals you can reach them and more! Congratulations! and THANK YOU!!!
